Shipping Policy

AR3S LLC arranges shipment of products ordered at ar3s.ai. Check the product page and checkout for the delivery options that apply to your order.

Ships anywhere in Puerto Rico in 2–3 business days. / Envío a todo Puerto Rico en 2 a 3 días laborables.

Serviced locations

We ship and serve customers in the United States and Puerto Rico only. Store pickup is available at our physical store: 63 Av. Esmeralda, Guaynabo 00969, Puerto Rico. Online orders ship via USPS from Guaynabo, Puerto Rico (ZIP 00969). Our Delaware office manages the online store.

Processing / handling time

We are closed on weekends and major US and Puerto Rico holidays. Orders received Friday after 12 noon, Saturday, or Sunday begin processing the following business day. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for processing; times may vary with order volume.

Shipping methods, carriers, and transit

Available shipping methods and carriers are shown at checkout for your address (typically USPS services such as Ground Advantage and Priority Mail). After an order ships, transit typically takes 2 to 7 business days. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we transfer the products to the carrier.

Expedited shipping

Faster USPS options (such as Priority Mail) may appear at checkout when available for your address and package. Choosing an expedited method shortens carrier transit time after we hand the package to USPS; it does not skip our normal processing/handling time (typically 2 to 3 business days) unless we explicitly confirm a faster processing window for your order.

Expedited rates are calculated at checkout and are higher than standard Ground Advantage when both are offered. We cannot guarantee overnight or same-day delivery. Natural disasters, carrier delays, incorrect addresses, and peak seasons can extend delivery.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address, package weight and size, and available USPS rates – not a fixed percentage of the order total. You pay the shipping and handling charges shown during checkout unless a valid promotion says otherwise. We do not add hidden shipping fees after checkout.
