AR3S LLC arranges shipment of products ordered at ar3s.ai. Check the product page and checkout for the delivery options that apply to your order.

Serviced locations

We ship and serve customers in the United States and Puerto Rico. Pickup is available at our physical store in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. Our warehouse is in Florida. Our office in Delaware manages the online store.

Processing / handling time

We are closed on weekends and major US and Puerto Rico holidays. Orders received Friday after 12 noon, Saturday, or Sunday begin processing the following business day. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for processing; times may vary with order volume.

Shipping methods, carriers, and transit

Available shipping methods and carriers are shown at checkout for your address. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we transfer the products to the carrier.

Shipping rates

You pay the shipping and handling charges shown during checkout unless a valid promotion says otherwise. We do not add hidden shipping fees after checkout.
